Construction work on the residential building at 26 Madách Imre Street began in September 2021. Our goal is to create a modern, cleanly designed, and high-quality apartment building that offers homes with lasting value. Throughout the construction process, we placed great emphasis on the use of modern materials, energy efficiency, and the creation of a comfortable and livable environment. Technical Fundamentals
The residential building at 26 Madách Imre Street is being constructed with modern technical specifications. The structure features a reinforced concrete foundation and ceiling, brick main walls, as well as thermally and acoustically insulated windows and doors. The apartments are equipped with individual heating systems, underfloor heating, and energy-efficient mechanical solutions. Each unit includes an individual heat pump system for heating and cooling, ensuring optimal thermal comfort throughout the year. The façade insulation is made from advanced graphite-based insulating material, which guarantees low energy consumption and a pleasant indoor climate.
