During the interior design phase, special attention was paid to ergonomics, efficient package flow, and the installation of systems suitable for automation. The preparation for an automated conveyor system, as well as the complete mechanical, IT, and security infrastructure of the office and social areas, all serve the purpose of ensuring high quality and long-term reliability. We are particularly proud that the building was designed with a focus on energy efficiency: a large solar panel system has been installed on the roof, generating tens of thousands of kWh of renewable energy annually. This photovoltaic system not only covers a significant portion of the center’s energy needs, but also contributes to sustainability goals and helps reduce operational costs in the long term. A fully LED-based lighting system further supports energy-efficient operations.
